You can spend time preparing small healthy meals, relax on some internet sites, take a walk around the block . . .- Cooking help!
There are lots of good recipe sites online and you can cook many of them in the microwave, but regular stove and oven are fine too without having to get extra appliances. Try https://www.bariatriccookery.com/recipes-2, https://www.skinnytaste.com/, and more- Caffeine post op diet?
You can double-check with your dietitian.- No weight loss in first week

Keep tracking your food intake in an app like MyFitnessPal or something and stick between 600-800 calories per day. Have you attended classes at your surgeon's office? Have you considered visiting the nutritionist? Best to get back on track before it gets out of hand.- No wine/alcohol for one year?
Mine hasn't told me that, but I have read that after surgery we have to be careful because with our new stomachs the alcohol will be intensified and affect us/make us drunk a lot faster.- How much weight did you lose before people noticed?
About 30 pounds before people started commenting.- Wearing bi-pap machine after surgery
They had me bring my CPAP machine to the hospital with me, they said they were going to use it in the recovery room while I was asleep and during my hospital stay but they never did. I was fine.- I'm so frustrated with my GI doctor
Oh that's awful! I'd be wanting to punch him. Of course he can do a clearance! All he has to do is state your current GI situation. Oh how frustrating! Good luck getting a new one.- Omg Monkfruit!
