Ok so I've started on the soft food but pushed myself and eaten other things....none of which are healthy and Protein rich. I now feel like I'm slipping into habits that lead me to surgery in the first place any ideas on good foods or advice? Having a day of feeling really fat and miserable now

Ok great thanks. I was just going to try a bit in the evening and stick to yogurt for Breakfast and Soup for lunch. I don't want to change everything all at once

So I'm just about to come off pureed onto soft food. I'm nervous of being sick so if anyone knows anything to deffo avoid or recommend things that are good to have then please let me know! Thanks

I have a desk job, my surgery is scheduled for a Wednesday, do you think I will be able to return to work on Monday?
How long before you were able to drive?

Hi I had a week off then worked from home for a week.

You can't drive for 2 weeks is what I was told by my surgeon. You could probably go back after a week but you would need to use public transport or get a lift with someone

I had mine on the 12th, just coming to the end of my pureed diet and about to go on soft. Really nervous of it as don't want to be sick
