Ur body has going through a lot give it time stick with ur Protein and drink ur Water and walk when u can my doctor told me not to worry about the scale too much for the first 3 months

be careful with the caffeine. I do not believe we are supposed to be drinking caffeine right now due to its a dehydrator. Check with your Dr. First.. but something I learned at a support meeting was to roast veggies and put them in your broth to give it flavor, then to remove them.
