What are some things that are must haves to help during your hospital stay? I have heard a handheld massager to shake the gas out.

I just got approved after 5 days. Got a call today that my surgery is on Wednesday the 13th! Yes one week!!! It happened so fast. Liquid diet one week, no birth control. How overwhelmed were you guys when you got your date?

I was cleared!!!!!! Just last meeting with surgeon before sending my info to insurance ???? geeked!

I did so the homework, it was a 7 week program/workbook-very helpful! I take a daily medication that works much better than the meds I would take for episodes. Thank you!!! I know everything will work out ?

Hey, has anyone had to do a follow up with the therapist? The first time she didn’t clear me right away saying my anxiety is bad and she gave me homework and asked me to come back in a month. My appointment is in a few days. I feel better but am still obviously very nervous. I was cleared by nutritionist and everyone else. She is the last to go before insurance submission and a date. Any advice? Or has this happened to anyone before? Everyone’s I read was cleared immediately.
