I can only eat creamed Cereal, fat free yogurt and creamed Soup for 1 more week. Plus Protein Shakes. In 1 week I can add blended foods like tuna. No supplements for 30 days. I have put a call in to my Bariatric nurse. Thanks for the advice!

I can’t get the fat from what I am allowed to eat currently. I am getting over 72 oz a day but nowhere near 128 oz.

I am 2 weeks post sleeve surgery. It is going very well for the most part. I have noticed problems concentrating and with short term memory. My wife said that I have not been myself. I think it is most likely due to consuming about 500 calories a day, my brain does not have the fuel it needs. I was curious if anyone else is experiencing anything like this?

Anyone having problems staying focused or concentrating?

November 6th for me as well. No major problems so far. Starting stage 2 tomorrow, I hope. I may never eat Jello again! 🙄

I just had my surgery on November 6th, going great so far! My 1 week post op appointment is tomorrow, hope to add creamed Soups and yogurt to my diet.

I had my surgery November 6th, today is the last day of my liquid diet. Looking forward to creamed Soups and yogurt! Not much nausea since hours after my surgery. Going well so far...

I was able to have coffee the morning of my surgery (was not scheduled until 4:00) and the morning after my surgery. I have cut back to 2 cups a day and have had no problems. Strange how diet restrictions can be so different.

After 12+ years of looking into WLS, 3 different seminars and 100s of hours of blogs, forums, YouTube, and research papers....the time has come. Also after 20 years of a BMI of 40+, 3 comorbidities and a dozen diets (3 of them medically supervised), advice for my PCP, and now worn out knees....tomorrow is the day.
I'm a bit frightened but hopeful for a common, text-book surgery and recovery.

I should be home Wednesday night...and I'll provide an update.
