Made a mistake tonight had some of my homemade chicken and dumplings without the dumplings, like maybe a 1/4 cup..... i wasn't ready

I had my sleeve done the 2nd. I had issues with nausea but i came home just a little over 24 hours after surgery. Started my Protein intake today. Good luck to everyone having surgery, I'm sure you'll do great!
