Hi all! Does anyone know if it is safe to take Zyrtec crushed in Water? I’m headed to a friends tomorrow who has several cats that I’m allergic to but love.

Yes, I have had similar feelings. Just empty and not interested in getting the ball rolling for the day but once I do it all subsides. On 11/04/2018 at 20:43, Oct517 said:
Sleeved on 10/2 and still this far out some days I sake up feeling slightly nauseous (never thrown up but more like sick at the thought of trying to eat) and light headed. Anyone else experiencing this?

I was sleeved 10/2 and Work actually helped me to feel more human again. My brain became focused on other things rather then drinking, eating, etc. it gave me the mental boost I needed because I to felt withdrawn at times. Stay positive I promise it all gets easier! :)On 11/04/2018 at 15:27, FlyAwayFree said:
Thank you so much, that was so kind. I started spotting last night, though nothing today so far (am premenopausal) so I am sure combined with my rollercoaster of emotions right now about food, surgery, and this crazy fatigue, pms hasn't been my friend... as if it ever is lol.
Yesterday, I had this crazy day where my stomach felt hollow... like I was starving and needed food so much. I am still on all liquids as per my surgeon and ended up drinking 128 oz. My nausea has cleared up quite a lot though I still hiccup a lot and feel that "stuck" feeling at first when I eat or drink anything.
I have been feeling super weird since surgery, disconnected or something. Like I am just going thru motions and not really in my brain. Today I felt a lil more connected finally than I have since surgery Monday, but its still weird. I don't wanna talk to anyone, be around anyone, or do anything.
At this point though, I am feeling physically a little better and just mostly struggle with feeling sooooo tired. Sometimes I can barely walk to the bathroom and back to my recliner without just dropping from exhaustion. I have to go back to work Thursday, so that should be interesting to see how I handle that.
Thanks for being here, I really appreciate you.

Amy’s Soups are great blended. My favorite was the golden lentil. :)On 10/29/2018 at 16:05, Byefat said:
Who is going into the Soup stage? Sleeved 10/23 and tomorrow is the big day for something besides a gross Protein Shake. What do you have figured out for Soups? Any easy homemade ones?
