Stays can be frustrating. the thing that popped into my mind was food tracking, Protein, and Water intake. Despite the recent point of my surgery, I have seen the water and calorie intake jumpstart the loss. If your body thinks it's starving or dehydrated, it will hold on to weight. Please track your calorie, protein and water intake. Also, keep track of your body measurements, even if the scale may be slow in weight loss you be losing inches. Good luck!

Still early for me. I had an idea surgery experience, by God's grace, and I'm less than a month out. But none so far.

About 24 hrs post op. The procedure its-self was absolutely fine, quick easy,no issues. I do not really have any surgical paid, but the gas they pump you up with is horrendous. Sharp pains, with a burning feeling. They have gone down alot in the first 24 hrs. All i want to do is sleep now, but i get up to walk with no issues.Congratulations! Keep walking, it helps a lot

My calories are higher around 1300 average but I'm very active. I was kind of dizzy at some point but going higher it stopped the dizziness.
