Smooth Moves
I took swift Kriss ( also a senna product) at 6pm.. the dosage is 2 tablets and i only took 1. by 4 AM.. NOTHING was working I then took 2 more( the recommended dosage) and by 11am it worked, but it was not pleasant like other times where it made it easier.. I need to figure something out.. I am going back to banana pancakes with coconut flour tomorrow. Last time i ate those i went every day.. today i was ok but not the best experience. I am not sure smooth move will help any as i believe it moved it but was not any easier to expell.

Not losing weight!!!
There will be stalls.. keep in mind this is a journey and it takes time. I was stepping on the scale daily and it could be frustrating if it doesnt move. The best thing to do is to remove the scale or have somebody hide it so you dont have access to it but once a week.

Vitamins and Calcium Routines
I agree, this is a conversation and question for your surgeon. I think even when it comes to vitamins and such each dr. is different. For example. I am almost 8 weeks out and have not started calcium or iron yet. He has me on multi vitamins only and said the others will come later. Try to follow your Doctors orders and not orders of those in here as we are NOT doctors, and your doctors plan may differ from somebody elses. The only thing i know is iron and calcium need to be taken a few hours apart because they counteract each other.

these came out really good. 1 1/2 cup of grated cauliflower, 1 egg, and 1 cup of shredded cheese.. mix in a food processor. I added 2 scoops of genepro to add extra protein. use 1/4 and spread into circles on greased cookie sheet. bake for 12 min and let cool. Came out really good!

2 weeks today!
my surgeon said no more than 100g of protein per day from the shakes.. so the lower the protein content the more you can have pre op. I had up to 6 shakes a day but my shakes only had 10g of protein which allowed me up to 6. I never drank all 6 because i had chicken broth for lunch and dinner to break it up some, but also was drinking decaf coffee and liquid shakes and water.. I was full the entire 2 weeks.

Scars...
they are so small, i wonder if you really need anything. I am only 7 weeks out and i can feel the scar tissue under the skin but barely can see the actual scars.. except for the one where they removed the stomach.

Pharmacy issues with getting pain meds filled
I dont think Walmart stays stocked for Bariatric patients. I am in Florida and all meds prescribed after sugery, lovenox ( blood thinners) uridisol( Actigall) and my Pepcid I had to wait for. Sometimes days...Every script so far has been discounted because they do not have it in stock, or something with the exception of pepcid which they actually told me to get over the counter because it is cheaper and the same thing.. One more month to go and i should be done with all scripts except B12.

One more Major 2019 Resolution!
I dont focus on the numbers really, unless i am on a stall and want to see when it moves. But overall The numbers are just that. As long as i am doing what i am supposed to be doing i know it will change in the right direction.
