  1. Today marks one year since I have been sleeved. It was quite the journey. [emoji173]️
    SW: 316
CW: 172.3 (I weigh myself weekly because I've been eating too many damn carbs lately. Sorry I'm not perfect and idc if you judge me!)

No plastic surgery has been done YET lol!
Went out to eat with my mother today as she was the only one who stuck by my side with this surgery, my only support. I couldn't love and thank her enough.

  2. Yes, should be part of the "new normal". I'm almost 6 months out from Bilopancreatic deudonal switch with double anastomosis and the nutritionist told all of us who had different forms of weight loss surgery at our seminar that the following symptoms let you know your full: hiccups, burp or nose running. She said that once you have that first symptom to stop eating because that means you are full. If you don't have the symptom eat until you do. She told us that we have to train our stomach to know the full filling because if we don't we can sabotage our weight loss by either not eating enough or over eating. I normally always hiccup or burp. We were also told to allow ourselves 20-30 minutes for each meal 4-6 times a day and spaced out 3-4 hours.
