No plastic surgery has been done YET lol!
Went out to eat with my mother today as she was the only one who stuck by my side with this surgery, my only support. I couldn't love and thank her enough.

Thank you for this advice. That will really help!Yes, should be part of the "new normal". I'm almost 6 months out from Bilopancreatic deudonal switch with double anastomosis and the nutritionist told all of us who had different forms of weight loss surgery at our seminar that the following symptoms let you know your full: hiccups, burp or nose running. She said that once you have that first symptom to stop eating because that means you are full. If you don't have the symptom eat until you do. She told us that we have to train our stomach to know the full filling because if we don't we can sabotage our weight loss by either not eating enough or over eating. I normally always hiccup or burp. We were also told to allow ourselves 20-30 minutes for each meal 4-6 times a day and spaced out 3-4 hours.

Yes, I have never been a Belcher and now I burp like a man! I have a couple coworkers that had the sleeve and do the same. Not very lady like but I am getting used to it. I'm 4.5 week post sleeve.
