Hi Jade, sorry just saw the message you left me today. I think I am at my best restriction now. I have had 5 fills plus a prefill during surgery. I eat about 4 oz and that is it. However, lately I have noticed that going up. I have an appt with Dr. Snyder in 2 weeks and may see about a 'tweak' of a fill. I was losing so fast but have now been stuck almost 2 weeks. I get panicky when that happens but I seem to lose in 'chunks' then maintain for a bit. I love the bigger losses when they come but hate the little plateaus. Were you banded in June too??

Sure I'd love to meet for coffee sometime, however I don't drink coffee but will get a water or something. I was self pay too, but still stuck with Dr. S as I liked all his pre op testing, etc. and now I am glad I did as I am having gall bladder surgery and he will do that surgery too so I feel comfortable having the same surgeon. I suppose others would have done that too. Who did you decide on?
