    I'm here to help...

Good morning. We have warmed up to at least double digits outside, and we are supposed to get all the way up to almost freezing, 31 for a high today. I am sitting here wrapped in a blanket, though if I went and dried my hair I might not be so cold. LOL Just got out of the shower and wanted to post before I go get ready for the day. I am meeting a friend for coffee/diet coke/whatever at 1130. We are meeting at MCD's so it might be a nugget day but gotta check out the carbs on them first. Just looked 11 carbs and 190 calories. I did my first workout with my new EA Sports Active for the Kinect today. OMG it was tough. I put it on medium intensity too. Definitely a workout. The bummer part was the heart rate monitor won't work on my XBox. I got DS's old one and the syncing button or something doesn't work. it still shows calories burned for my height weight age, etc. though. One exercise I had to skip as it was too much jumping for my knees. And so far I've had a Protein drink. OWN expert show: I watched it. It was okay, I wasn't terribly impressed. Didn't like the host at all and they were so goofy acting. The poor 52 yr old virgin gal being sent back to do that speed dating on TV. Arlene, not saying you need to do protein or what works for you, but if you are on the protein train, I don't think oatmeal is a good choice. Though it is a healthy carb, I guess I just bring it up depending on what your goal is. Mine is about 29 grams of carbs which seems rather high. Perhaps if you need something warm have a warm protein coffee drink if there is such a thing, eggs, or even a piece of chicken or something. But if your goal isn't strictly protein and it works for you, by all means that's a carb that's a whole lot better than a donut. LOL Janet, yes I exercised, now get off my back!!! LOL Just joking, you know I love ya. LOL I admire you for your resolve and you are a hero in my book. Karen, any idea when you get to leave yet? You all packed, got that trailer hooked up? LOL You have been quite the cheerleader on here lately and your posts have been so insightful into those of us struggling. Thanks for that. LauraK, yep I think I got cocky too. But we have the tools and know what it takes to get back on track. Eva, glad to hear you are warming up. I love Ikea. We have one very close. In fact it's where we got the under cabinet lights that DH installed yesterday. They look great. My computer room furniture is from there as well. Howver, it has moved from Sacramento to Delaware to Denver to here and it doesn't move well. I think I want something nicer when the time comes but not til we are fully settled where we know we will be for awhile like in DEnver! LOL Sandy, a tummy tuck is a great goal. You will get there. Tina, good luck at the dr today Laura, hope you can make Chicago, I am a maybe if it's June as well. Maybe we will meet finally!

Sorry disregard my last post then. With all the activity on the board today I must've missed something about June working better. didn't mean to confuse matters. Not sure I can make that but will do my best. If I knew how to delete the post I would.

Seems that April and June 11th got the most votes, should we vote between those 2? Or is there a consensus yet? Excited that this might just happen! Though a cruise would've been nice! LOL Maybe next time! Can't wait and hope to work it all out. OH and if we do vote between the two, I vote for April. LOL But will do my best to make either.

Apples, what route are you taking south? Eva, thanks for the info on TUscon and the airport. DH hopes to narrow some dates down soon, he has to put together his travel calendar. So far I have Tuscon and Hawaii to look forward to. then of course my frequent Grandma trips to Denver. Now for the other comment.. Brainless idiot? you? The nerve of those others. You are one smart cookie and I am an awe of all you are able to do. Let's both work on those feelings of 'not good enough'. Linda, I was up about 330am too. I woke up and couldn't sleep for about 2 or 3 hours and then fell back to sleep not too long before I got up for the day. So am tired today.

Good morning, almost noon for me. Thanks so much for the kudos and kind words they meant a lot. Karen, I went to bed after posting last night so didn't see your post or email to me worried about being blunt. Hope I didn't cause you unnecessary worry. Sometimes we need blunt. Most of your words were right on. I need to deal with these feelings of not good enough once and for all. I think I do well for the most part but then my darn family (you guys know by now when I say family I'm not referring to my kids or husband but extended family as in sisters and mom) will say or do something that all those ingrained things come to the surface again, but each time it gets easier. I've pretty much written my sisters off and the only relationship I have with them now is communication when it pertains to my grandma. The back to basics will start tomorrow. Janet, I think I have pretty good restriction still if I listen. I started doing things like drinking with meals, eating Protein last, etc. I discovered New Years eve with my lobster that I couldn't even finish a third pound of lobster when I started with protein first. And I PB'd on one shrimp. And, yes, I can fly anywhere, but it's not always easy. I go standby when there's space, etc. it's not the same as being there but this too I shall get used to. Arlene, I got something from our sermon today too. it was on disciplne. HMMM, think I need some of that? LOL Linda, thanks for the kind words and the encouragement about the pouch test. Not sure if I will do it or just protein first and see where that takes me. But your talking about it and getting back to basics has been such an encouragement to me. Sandy, complacent, yep happened to me. I got to goal, got very comfortable there (well my goal and dr goal which was about 10 lbs than the BMI chart goal), and it was so easy to maintain. So easy in fact I got complacent and allowed more and more treats, etc. Then suddenly I was up 5 lbs and so on. You spend all this time focused on a goal and then you get there and need to change that focus or goal I think. It's a journey and not a race to a finish line. Because when you cross that finish line you still aren't done. Meredith, thanks for understanding, I think we have had very similar things happen so tomorrow is our day! Let's get back at this!! Cheri, did you find something to do yesterday? Do you go back to work tomorrow? Tina, while I understand nothing about mental illnesses etc. I think you've gotten some great advice here. I especially like the advice about starting with a goal like walking little bits, etc. Anxious to hear about your dr appt tomorrow. Speaking of Dr appts. DD has another one tomorrow where they may do more tests, she's still having contractions pretty regularly. She's now at the 30 week mark. They'd really like her to make it a few more weeks if possible.

Apples, no problem on the bluntness. Gave me somethings to ponder. Pardon the pun, but I am starting on Monday THIS Monday back to basics. DH is going to with me. As for the feelings of inadequacy, that's sortta it. I guess I have had these 'not good enough' or 'I'm not worth it' feelings a long time so it goes beyond the recent weight gain but that sure didn't help matters. In some ways I think I may have sabotaged myself in my little pity party of having to move to Utah and used it as an excuse and also to tell myself, 'see you really aren't good enough'. I felt like a fraud at goal weight, but as Janet has pointed out in the past, I still am that fat girl inside a thin body. In some ways I think this recent struggle though has been good for me, it's taught me that I can never become complacent, but also that I am worth it. It also showed me that it's some place I never want to go back to. I have a great life, a great husband and even though I whine about missing Denver, I have it pretty good here in Utah. I'm not working, travelling like crazy, many good friends so am 'blooming where I am planted' and it's time to focus on that vs on wanting to be in Denver. I'll be back there one day. So thanks for the blunt talk!

Good evening!Just got home from the football party. I decided to root for Wisconsin since I am from there just to have a team to root for and I must've jinxed them cause they lost. But I gotta tell ya I got the best compliment, that really meant a lot to me. First some background. I was feeling sorry for myself the other night and was watching a TLC show 'What not to Wear'. The gal on there had a very low self esteem and body image issues. It upset DH that I could relate so much to this gal on the show and he commented on how nice I always look. He's not one to give comments like that much and was trying to point out to me my attributes vs what I see as all my flaws. Well tonight when leaving that gal's who's house we were at commented on my winter coat and scarf and said, "I just gotta tell you, you always look so nice and have the nicest clothes and look so put together'. It about blew me away, if I didn't know better I'd have thought DH paid her to say that as it was almost word for word what he said the other night. Anyway it meant so much to hear that. I am always so self concious and thinking others are looking at me and judging me. And I thought I looked pretty frumpy because I wore a red tshirt under a sweater just to wear something red to root for Wisconsin. LOL She also has a daughter that had bypass surgery a week ago and asked me if I'd be interested in meeting her daughter and having lunch with them one day next week. Her daughter is scared of eating out, starting solids when the time comes etc. So maybe I can be sort of a mentor for her. That would be great for me too. OH how I froze tonight though, they didn't have their heater on very much or something. My fingers were actually blueish looking. I am wrapped in a blanket now, it's 3 degrees outside. I'm thinking I am going to seriously have to look for a weeekend to visit Apples and Karen. I just asked DH if he had to go for work anytime soon and he does, so I'll have a free hotel room and everything. Is the airport far? So how does one broil a lobster? Might have to try that. Sounds like everyone had nice New Years eve festivities. Melissa, I am so proud of you for going to that party and even enjoying it! That is a huge step and has to build some confidence going forward.

Apples, maybe we can coordinate our flight times if you will be on Delta as well? I'd chip in on the car too. It's my goal to get to a Loft outlet one day. Wouldn't you know AFTER I left Denver they opened one up down in Castle Rock? Will have to check it out when I go back. It just opened recently and I didn't even know it was there til searching for Chicago. Watch, I'll finally get to one and be so disappointed. LOL Blaze, I saw from your ticker you went from a size 20+ to a size 2? congrats! How much have you lost? NewDecade, congrats on your banding.

I like the idea of staying in a hotel outside the city as well and taking the train in. I also googled Ann Taylor Loft stores, there's on in Michigan City, is that the outlet that was close? I still have not ever been to one! GRRR LOL Will we need to rent any cars or will there be enough people driving in with transportation? I'd have to fly of course to Ohare airport. There's a Midway airport there as well. Which is closer to Cheri? For me and my flight benefits think Ohare will work better. I got DH installing my undercabinet lights in the kitchen today. I am so excited to see them when they are done. I'm very lucky to have such a handyman. He's done all sorts of little projects for me today. Think he's feeling the snow/cold fever too. He's been planning his garden already, he wants to do a 'salsa garden' this spring and start the seeds indoors. We went and got a bunch of LED Christmas lights on clearance that he's going to rig up some how to be lights for his seedlings. He's also making some nightstands for the spare bedroom. We bought these cabinets at Goodwill for $5 each and he is refinishing them and replacing the tops with slate tile. They are coming out pretty nice. The man can't sit still. But I get the benefits of his handiwork! Okay I am rambling now. LOL

Apples, having lived by mountains most of my life, I always took them for granted. They were just always there. But when we moved to Sacramento and I couldn't just see them out my window like I did in Denver, Utah and to some extent Las Vegas I really missed them. They were there but I couldn't see them, but I could get to them. But when I went back east to Delaware I really missed them. I think I need to live by mountains the rest of my life. LOL Though if DH gets sent to Atlanta one day I might have to do without temporarily but hopefully then I'd have my Grandma condo in Denver. They are just so majestic and one thing Salt Lake has over Denver, I think it is prettier. In Denver, the mountains were just to the west. Salt Lake is like in a bowl and we have them on all sides so no matter which way I look I see them but the most beautiful ones are to the east. I agree with about Dr Phil as well. I was a huge fan back in the day and when I lived in Sacramento I was part of his Weight Loss challenge years ago and attended several show tapings, etc. I think all the fame must go to their heads. LOL Jillian of Biggest Loser is getting the same way, guess she is leaving that show after this next season. And you see her face on everything. I was at Target this morning and saw more videos and exercise equipment with her on it and even some diet supplements which surprised me that she'd promote something like that. Target had all the fitness gear out on promotion for all the New Years resolutions. Arlene, a pedicure sounds wonderful, I am thinking I need one too, it's been about 3 weeks since I got one, DD and I went when she was here. Guess she won't be coming again anytime soon. She was to come this month but with being on bedrest she won't be doing any travelling. She was even going to try and fly to Hawaii with us in a few weeks. Though now DS is looking into it, I just need DH to pin down the dates. Doesn't his job know I have plans to make. LOL

Happy New Year! BRRR it's cold outside, 5 degrees right now and it's noon. But oh it's so beautiful out. This cold we have none of that inversion and it's sunny and so beautiful. The mountains looks like you could reach out and touch them and they are so jagged and white looking against the blue sky. DH and I stayed up til 11. WE watched the Times Square ball drop at 10pm our time on Fox. Anyone else see Rick Springfield on there singing Jessie's girl. Can you believe he's 60? They said that was the most requested kareoke (sp) song. LOL DH and I played cards and for once I kicked his butt! WE had a glass of wine and that was our exciting New YEars. LOL OWN network: I was so disappointed when I realized that Oprah's new network was taking over that one, I watched that channel a lot but personally can't stand Oprah. In just my humble opinion she's gotten too full of herself and such an expert on everything and preachy, I find her hard to take anymore and I used to watch all the time. But sounds like it will be other programs vs just her on it so maybe I'll check it out. Diets: Again in my not so humble opinions today, I think we have to be careful not to follow the latest fads, etc. AFter all haven't must of us tried enough of these diets and ideas of the day in our prebanded life? Didn't we get banded because nothing else worked, we now have our tool and the rules that go with it. We paid a lot of money (especially the self payers) for our bands and our surgeons expertise, to follow the latest fad, cleanse, etc. to me defeats the purpose. Again that's just my opinon take it or leave it.

I have my wine by me by the computer and am toasting each and everyone of you. Thanks for making my 2010 such a wonderful and blessed year and here's to 2011. Janet I am one hour later than you. I have Fox on now and watching Times Square. My lobster was real good and I did boil mine, I thought of broiling it but wasn't sure how and for how long, never did it that way. Wish I was thinking and got another one. DH looked at my lobster tail and thought I made a mistake as it was so small. I got worried, but nope I even had left overs and gave some to him. It was .37 of a pound. That tells me when I eat good solid Protein I have fantastic restriction. I melted a chunk of butter too and thought what the heck it's New Years. I think I had almost all the butter left. So not bad. Well back to playing a card game with DH, called 3 - 13. I can never win! Either that or might do some Kinect

BAck at ya, Janet!! Happy New Years everyone! Just had my lobster for dinner. I had gotten a lobster and some shrimp, however got stuck and PB'd on the first piece of shrimp so it ended up DH had shrimp and I had lobster. It was very good! It got really stuck too, haven't been that bad in a long time.

Apples, no no one answerwed with any ideas of what to take to the party tomorrow. So I took an easy way out. I got a bagged Ceasar salad that I just have to mix up and for an appetizer I got some turkey roll ups at costco. Not sure what I will have as I don't like spaghetti, maybe a meatball or something. LOL Regarding the desert rats handling the cold, it would probably be just as hard for some of us accustomed to colder climates to deal with their extreme heat in the summer. What I have the most trouble dealing with though is humidity. I am so used to dry climates. When I lived back east in Delaware the humidity drove me nuts, I felt like I was suffocating all the time and it's one of the things I hate about FL when I visit my folks especially in the summer. I hate that when you pick up your glass with a cold drink and it sweats and drips condensation too. Though my skin is nicer. LOL

Cheri, you ought to check into Diamonique on QVC. I have a couple rings from there and earrings. That way I don't worry about losing them either. Janet, I'd take your weather forcast right now. I'm not one to mind winter but we've had so much snow already and as I've mentioned before what I hate about Salt Lake winters are the inversions. Now that we have snow on the ground and these super cold temps, when a high pressure does come in the cold air will trap at the valley floor and we will get this blanket of yucky haze over us for days. It will actually be warmer and sunnier in the mountains. That's what I hate the most about winters here. Arlene, good job on the choo choo today! Jodi, happy New Year's to you too. You must've been getting on the computer just before sundown? I think I'd love to see a NY New Year's eve once but not sure I could stand being in a crowd of that many people.

Good morning, afternoon for some of ya. Taking a break from taking down Christmas stuff. We usually do it on New Year's day but are going to a football party tomorrow and DH is home today. Having a hard time with it as it was weird not to be home for Christmas. Tis a new phase of my life and I don't see myself actually being home on Christmas for some years ahead with us living away we will always go to Denver to see the kids, and it's easier for us to go there, than them to come here. Happy New year to everyone if I don't get back here. May 2011 be one of the best ones yet and may all your dreams and goals come true! Melissa, I got some tiny bowls at Target that hold 1/2 cup they are more for like sauces or dipping, but I know just what they hold and it helped me a lot in the weight loss phase. Tina, why can't you drive? I was over 300 lbs and could always fit in a car, heck DH's aunt was 500 lbs and she could drive. Chicago, would love to do a get together. Personally I would prefer it not be over a holiday weekend, much harder for me to get flights and also to schedule it as we usually go camping as a family on those. And I'd prefer sooner than later in the spring/summer since it will be so long since Vegas if we wait til closer to fall. Just my opinions of course, take or leave them. LOL Speaking mind: I find as I get older I do it more and more. I used to not speak up at all and then let people walk all over me or come across as wishy washy and actually I think garnered less respect than now when I do speak it. Right or wrong, agree or disagree, what's that saying: Stand for something for fall for anything??? However, with my family it's caused some rifts as they are used to me not speaking up so now I am the bitch or the difficult one. No, I am just not your puppet any more to walk all over. Take it or leave it. By family I mean extended family not my DH and kids. LOL Though my kids would like it if I spoke my opinion less which I do try to do at times. Pick my battles. DH says save your bullets for the big ones. LOL Eva, I'll trade you cold and take your 20's! We are close to zero and very white outside! Have fun at the PJ party! Well better get back at the dismantling of Chrsitmas. Anxious to have my lobster tonight! Happy New Year, stay safe and warm!

Just got home from True Grit, good movie. DH absolutely loved it. It was the most crowded movie I've been to in a long time as well. Popcorn was yummy too! Oh but it is so cold out there and it snowed more while we were in the theater, glad DH had to get out and scrape the windshield. LOL Apples, I must've missed your post about your lapband friend and her comments about you being too skinny. I had to go back and find it. For Rude! But you handled it well. Tina, I don't necessarily buy into the 'you lose faster with bypass than band theory'. I was told by my Dr that I lost just as fast or faster than a bypass person as have many of the successes on this thread. It all depends on how well you follow the rules, agressive your dr is on fills, etc. I lost 125 lbs in one year. And an advantage that I believe we have over bypass patients is that we have to learn our new eating habits right out of surgery. We don't have that 'honeymoon' period after surgery where our stomach is so restricted in fact right out of surgery it is just the opposite and many get very upset and discouraged because they hit what is affectionately (or not) called bandster hell. It's where after surgery your swelling goes down, you have no restriction and have to wait 6 weeeks to get a fill. You are like what the heck, I just had major surgery to not feel so hungry and to lose weight and we hit that wall about 3 to 5 weeks out from surgery where we stop losing and are hungry. Just be prepared for it and now that it's normal. Your restriction will come. Most but not all experience some version of bandster hell. Follow the rules and know that it will come. I don't say this to scare you but to reassure you so you aren't caught off guard.

Arlene, DH & I saw Fokkers last week, it was good but not great. The first 2 were funnier. Maybe the movies are predictable now or maybe they get lazy and rely on the formula of the first 2 to work again. Still enjoyed it though. I was just surfing the internet waiting for DH to get home and found this, this is one of the outfits I got at Loft the other day, I got the jacket, the jeans and the necklace http://www.anntaylorloft.com/home.jsp

Actually, Arlene, I would say I needed a fill now if I could eat Chik Fil A nuggets, for some reason whenever I eat those I get stuck unless I am wide open, but that's just me it seems we all get stuck on different things. I think it's because they are better quality aka white chicken breast meat, than the McD's version, but that makes them drier. I haven't tried them in 6 mos or so, the last time I had them was when we were driving from Denver to here in our move. We stopped at a Chik Fil just outside Denver for dinner and then I got stuck and was miserable in the car driving and had to stop and PB a few times. LOL Been afraid to try them since, but I know I have less restriction now so probably could get away with it. That's why I always say, don't tell me what's in a McNugget but they are mushier and go down easier. LOL Wendy's do too. I had nuggets today as well, it was a 5 nugget day. LOL I am on the choo choo for now but am planning a top at the movies popcorn counter either today or tomorrow. DH wants to go see True Grit and I am having popcorn at the movie. I went to Walmart and got yogurts, precooked bacon, some GoLEan protein bars and am all set. And I will get in the swing of things with working out more regularly as of the 1st as well. I've been working out but it's been inconsistent for most of December. I plan on mixing it up with my Power 90 DVDs, the new Active workout game I got for Kinect, walking and the gym. Variety is the spice of life. LOL

BRRR typing with frozen fingers, stupid me thought I didn't need my gloves just to clear a path on the deck for the doggies by the back door (tired of them tracking in so much snow). WRONG! Bitter cold out there. But it stopped snowing. I just got home from my excursion to costco to get my lobster for tomorrow night. That's the calmest I've ever seen Costco. I've been to Costcos in all the states i've lived in and have never seen a crazier Costco than the one here, I think it's due to the large familes here and buying in bulk, plus the Mormons are very big on food storage. Roads were okay however, the on and off ramp of the freeway weren't plowed and very treacherous, saw a pickup on top of a chainlink fence, of course the fence crumbled but how it got on top of a 6 foot fence? Retirement villages: My grandma lives in a nice one, she is in the independent living part and goes down for meals. They have so many activities she can be as active as she wants, plus vans that take them shopping etc. If/when the need arises they also have assisted living, nursing home, hospice and even a memory unit. If cost is an issue look into the PACE providers for your area. https://www.cms.gov/PACE/01_Overview.asp#TopOfPage It stands for Program for All Inclusive Care for Elderly or something like that. My Grandma supported herself for 100 yrs but at 100 her money started to run low, she went on to this program and it's been wonderful. I believe all states have them but not sure, you can either take aid and go on it or you can pay for it I beleive, I don't know lots about it just how it pertained to her situation. Wouldn't that be fun a bunch of lap band gals in a retirement village? oh the fun we could have! Not Florida though LOL too close to my parents. LOL Saggy Skin: each person gets it differently. Mine is mostly in my legs, but like others have said I'd take that over the fat any day! I'd rather be deflated than inflated! Social Anxiety: I have that a little too. I tend to get very quiet in large group settings. OH and Cheri, I was so nervous when you and I were the first 2 to fly in to Vegas and meeting you one on one as well. I can hide in group settings but not one on one though I do prefer one on one once I get to know someone a little. Thank you for being so gracious when meeting me. I enjoyed our time together waiting for Karen, Julie and then Arlene. Dogs: I so worry about my dogs when DH takes them hunting. Lucy who is the better hunter of the 2 always stays close at hand and is a true retriever and will bring everything back to DH, but Hunter (who isn't the best hunter and is part Australian Shepherd) is much happier trying to herd something up and takes off running sometimes. She's always come back but gets herself into more trouble, like an encounter with a barbed wire fence that required numerous stitches, etc. When DH and I talk about getting our 'grandma condo' one day in Denver it's the dogs that are making it most difficult cause if we divide our time in living in 2 places where do the dogs live? We fly all the time and it's hard to fly with them, boarding gets expensive and I hate to board my dogs. They are my constant companions and would never consider getting rid of them. oh and for those that asked, DD is having fewer contractions today so that is a good thing. The dr visit went well yesterday and she is to continue being a couch potato and call if they worsen again.

Good morning! It finally stopped snowing but could still snow off and on today. We got about 8 inches I guess. I am so sore from my shovelling and snowblowing yesterday. Then playing my Kinect on top of that. That thing is amazing. I was playing games here in Utah with my son in Denver. And we video chatted. I am hoping the roads are clear at least the main ones, mine isn't and won't be til it melts. I want to go to costco to get some lobster tails for New Years eve. They didn't have the seafood 'event' yet the other day when I was there, it starts today. Fills, I've never gotten a numbing agent for a fill, never realized that was an option even. But seriouly can't say it hurts, just a little prick. Melissa, to me it sounds like you are finding lots of excuses not to go to this party so that means you should go. Face your fears, put on a nice outfit and have a good time. The more you get out there, the more confidence you will feel. No one is going to care if you gained a few pounds, they invited you not your weight. Cheri, hope you have a wonderful day! Janet, you can do internet from those ereaders? I thought they just did books, but then again what do I know about technology? LOL LauraK, filet mignon, YUM! Laura, so wonderful that you had such a nice Christmas. You'll have those memories a lifetime.

No Tina, I would not say that she thinks you can't. Can't means you don't have the abilities to follow the guidelines. Won't is more a matter of the will it means you aren't willing to. However, the fact that your partner says you won't doesn't say much about his/her support of you. Perhaps he/she is judging by your past inablities to follow a diet. I know in my past I had many many failures. However, the band was the beginning of my new life. You need to adjust your thinking and will to 'you will' do what it takes and not let other's opinions of you determine your success. I would be concerned however, about being in a relationship with someone who has no faith in you. TX, so how was that 2nd fill? Why 2 needles? DD called and yep she is having contractions. There was an inconclusive indication of a possible infection which they are being agressive in treating just in case. However, the dr said due to her cervix, the positioning of the babies head and some swab test she isn't in imminent danger of delivering. She's home to more 'couch potato' status and goes back on Monday and is to call again if it happens again. She even had some contractions while at dr.

Exercise for the day = shoveling and snow blowing. EGADS it's that heavy wet slushy type. My aching back. I am working on getting my Kinect set up, DS is helping me, we can chat through the TV his voice comes right through the tv. As soon as this download is complete I'll see his face too! So cool and next we are going to play a game, Sports. Cheri and Sandy, I am reading your parent comments and so dreading the issue when it comes (soon) for my folks. Went through it with Grandma and my parents don't think they are ready. They just want to sit down there in FL but thing is they just complain as we don't see them. It's not easy to run down there all the time either. We want them to move to Denver to be close to us. Eva, goodness girl, I think you are busier in retirement than before. So very active. ARen't you glad for the band and how you are able to enjoy it now? Joyce, way to go on getting back to the gym. Hugs on the knee issues. Well DD is at dr now, anxiously awaiting a phone call.
