  5. Hi -- Good luck with your surgery! I had my done in New Britain Hospital. Where are you having your surgery? Mine was so smooth that I didn't have to even take pain killers.

  6. My surgery when really well. I have dropped a bunch of sizes. I been losing more this year because I finally got the correct amount of fill for the band. I been losing between 3-6 pounds per month. Thanks for getting back to me!

  10. I definitely feel a difference if I don't chew my food well. I did cheat this last weekend. I had ice cream twice and only exercise once. So I have to exercise today at least 30 minutes. I have been drinking protein in the mornings every other day. I notice I would get twice as much egg beaters than a month ago. So I am switching back to my tuna salad in the morning tomorrow because it's pre-measured cup so I can't over eat. The next lapband support meeting is Tuesday, July 15 if you want to go.

  12. That's great you getting it near a holiday. You have an excuse to throw a party each year. As the weight I have been going up and now 3-5lbs. I do see my clothes getting looser but I'm measuring myself now. I think I rather focus on the lose inches at my waist than watching the scale. I love the WII Fit - it has real exercises even Yoga and a lot of balance games. It has different levels and once you complete a weight goal or a certain amount of hours you get access to new games and exercises.

  21. Thansk. I'm going to get my first fill on June 26th. I also have been noticing I can eat more so I need to slow down and chew some more. I might get a dog because I need a walking buddy. :)

  23. Today is my One Month Anniversary so officially I lost 21 pounds.
