What the heck?! Surgery was 8/22, I lost 10lbs right away but now I've gained 3 back. I feel like I'm already failing. Has anyone had a similar experience?

Just hit 2 weeks today and threw up for the first time. No pain, just nausea. I'm thinking I should do liquid again, any thoughts?
