Ugh the only food I can eat is 1/4 cup of walnuts, pistachios & almonds 3x per day. At least you all can have food.

Hello all. I am on day 10 of Clear Liquids and only cheated once (took 3 small bites of baked chicken). Surprisingly I am doing good just some body aches and weakness but all is good. For those that are about to start your pre-op after the first 3 days you should be ok. But I know everyone is different. For my fellow sleevers on the 12th we are almost there! @macadamia you got this! I am on my liquid diet for 1 week now and 1 more to go. Has anyone experienced leg cramps? Some days it is my whole body. So ready for the 12th.

Welcome and good luck with your pre-op phase! I've had a few slip-ups so far, but overall I've been able to stick to it. I'm down 34+ pounds so far.

Wow that amazing! My energy level is low today but so far so good. I think my body is detoxing from no coffee the last 3 days. My surgeon said after the 3rd day it gets better. Good luck on your surgery.

Anyone else out there getting sleeved the week of September 10? Looking for a buddy. My actual date is September 11. I have my last pre-op appointments this Wednesday. Starting to get quite nervous.

Hello. I am scheduled on the Sept.12th and start my liquid diet on Aug. 29. I see all of these comments about endoscopy and CT scans but my surgeon hasn’t mention these test to me. Are these test part of the clinics before surgery?
