    My plan today.... B-greek yogurt L- chicken salad crackers No snack because..... D- bunko night with the girls...not sure what all will be there to eat. Everyone's bringing their favorite salad...I'll just try to choose the best for me. Have a great one!

Pretty much stuck to plan today....dealing with some salt cravings this afternoon...so I ate a giant pickle! No tellin the sodium in that baby! No exercise today. Just felt exhausted. It's my Tom and it zaps me in he beginning... Will post tomorrow's plan in the am Good night peeps!

    I'm back from a weekend away! Wonderful time in the texas hill country. The wild flowers were gorgeous! Did not stay on plan ????....so back on track today! B-greek yogurt L-chicken salad &scarcer so S-almonds D- pork chop, and eggplant?? Never eaten or cooked one...ideas? I'll be on Pinterest today! Waterwaterwater.

    Good morning all! Had a good day yesterday..followed my food plan, chugged my Water and had a lovely 2 mile walk. The scale made me happy this morning....199.6. I need to keep working because I'm way to close to that 2! My plan today.... B- Protein Drink S- greek yogurt L-smart one frozen dinner D- grilled salmon, roasted mushrooms and broccoli S- 40 cal fudge pop Waterwaterwater @s_suther. Was the house a keeper? @electricboogaloo-- welcome! Missing the rest of you! I hope all is well! Have a great one!

    Good morning! I'm glad to see some of us back on....missing those that haven't gotten to be back. @@punkinvine sounds like you did an amazing job with such a stressful day and I love how God give us simple beautiful flowers to remind us that H is always there @@s_suther great job on your plan. You are better at liquids than me. I made it to dinner the other day but even doing that has helped me get on track mentally @@JustWatchMe happy late birthday! Great job with a little indulgence and then getting back on track Had a good day yesterday! My scale is finally moving in the right direction...this morning I was 200.0. Goodness gracious I'm so close to seeing that 1! It's been a little over a year in the 2s so if you feel the earth shaking in the next few days it's just me jumping around celebrating! Today's plan B-protein drink S-greek yogurt L-chicken salad &7 pita crackers D-bunless chili dog. Waterwaterwater Plan to walk the hood this afternoon. Have a great day!

    Hang in there....my body weight can fluctuate that much daily from fluid retention.

    I'm going to flip a lid!

    I weigh first thing every morning...and I have to not let it put me in a bad mood if I don't like the number. I can retain 2-3 pounds of fluid sometimes. If you've been watching your calories and moving those numbers will show it eventually.

    Good morning all! I am happy to report that I moooved today! Just finished a 2.31 mile walk around the hood and I actually enjoyed it! Thank you pandora radio! My plan today.... B-protein drink S. Greek yogurt L. Turkey pepper jack on wheat thin bun S. Deviled egg D. Meatballs ( had chicken last night instead) I hope everyone has an amazing day!     I think you are all fabulous! Each one of you is dealing with a life battle and I think you are doing an amazing job handling things. I see divorce, illness,home issues, etc....but stop and think of where you would be in all of this without your band and this group. I know food was my comforter when I'm down or bored....well to some extent it still is. But my band helps me win that battle. And I'm sure yours is helping you too! Hugs and prayers to you all! @s_suther...so sorry about your grandmothers news. Hospice is wonderful and will be such a blessing to all of you through this. I had a pretty good day of liquids yesterday but I was hungry and wanted to chew by supper so I had some fish... ???????? confessing my no exercise this week Today's plan B- pro drink S-greek yogurt L- chili S-almonds D-meatballs with sautéed mushrooms and spaghetti sauce It's Friday friends! Let's do this!

    Wow some words of wisdom on here today! What a support group we have! Went to the store for my planned 2 days of liquids. Got some Protein drinks & Soups and yogurt Tomorrows plan B. Protein shake S greek yogurt L broccoli cheese soup S Protein shake D soup S no sugar added fudge sicle @@punkinvine so sorry about your shingles. Praying for some relief! S_surher. Pork chops are pretty tricky for me too. I have to do small bites dipped in ketchup or something Have a great evening everyone!

    Thanks s_suther... I think I'm heading to the store today to get supplies for a couple of days of liquids. I've read some other bandsters do this on occasion. I'm hoping this will help refocus my brain, rest my pouch tummy and get me back on track. For today... B-greek yogurt L- cup of chili 5 saltines S-baby shower try to stay with fruit & cheese D-not sure yet. Maybe meatballs & mushrooms in sauce Have a great day!

    Hello all! Sorry no post from me yesterday. Had a down day. But that is done and over. Just a question... How many calories do you allow your self a day when trying to lose? Mfp has me down for 1200. Idk if that's reasonable or too much.

    What to do about fills

    My dr recommends removing some fluid if you are leaving the country or going on a cruise. But 10 weeks is a long time to be untfilled. Could you call and check around and see if there are any was surgery docs available in case u should run into a prob. If so, maybe you could skip the unfill

    @@bacon that happened with my .5 cc fill a few weeks ago. I went in and got some removed. She took out a little more than she planned so overall I ended up with a .1 cc fill. I could actually tell a little difference in my restriction with such a tiny amt. might think about having .2 or so taken out. Might make a difference. So sorry. I know that sucks!

    Hello my peeps! I've had a great couple of days. Eating on plan and moving (forced....just wished I loved it) but I always feel better for doing it. Today at lunch..I slipped up. At a piece of something that looked so good. I can't believe I blew it over something in the school cafeteria!!! Grr! Ok done and over with.., tonight I will have grilled salmon and roasted green beans. Hopefully I haven't killed my calorie count. What calorie count do yall shoot for? @@punkinvine thanks for the metabolism tips. I'll def try to increase my water and exercise @ssuther praying for peace for your family! You are an inspiration to stay focused through life's trials @justwatchme. Way to move and have that plan ready! I know ther is a bigger brighter future out there for you! I'm working hard this week and I pray I see some movement in the scale Friday!
