I'm 2 1/2 weeks post-op and I'm craving pizza. Wondering will it be ok to eat the cheese and sauce off a slice of pizza.

I think that kind of cheese would come right back up at that stage (I'm assuming you are on purees) If you are allowed to have ricotta cheese I have seen a recipe for a ricotta bake where you mix ricotta with Tomato sauce, maybe that would kill the craving?
