I am doing ok.. at times I feel so hungry. I really am getting my protein and water in. My pain is not really bad and i feel like i am healing well . Is it normal to feel hungry after being 4 days post op. I get this hunger feeling in my sternum area when I drink my liquids. Any input of what it could be or what I could try. Last night was bad for me so I decide to take my choclate isopure protein mix and about 2oz of fair life milk stirred all.of the clumps out added hot water and had an awesome protein hot coco.
