GeminiSky got a reaction from logicwand in Fighting the Negativity
Nothing is wrong with you. She is struggling with her own issues and probably wants someone to "struggle" with. Just know this is your choice, and it's a private one if you want it to be. I would suggest telling her that you have made your decision and you are sticking with it. Me personally I would remove her from FB and other things and thank her for the "advice" but I am choosing another path.

GeminiSky got a reaction from Ylime in Summer 2018 Surgery Buddies Check In Here!
New here, hello everyone! Last finalized paperwork done today, check and check. Already started on my 3 week pre-op liquid diet Protein Shakes.
My surgery date is 7/30/18, RNY.
Case manager is submitting claims today, Im getting incredibly antsy, nervous, anxiety is at an all time high. Ive just been crossing my T's dotting my I's like no ones business, and I really want this to go smoothly. I had a bit of a run around when it came to getting my CPAP machine (UH)! Im ready to rock though! 7 months of jumping through hoops....LOL!

GeminiSky got a reaction from FishOn in Cramps
Ive heard that cramping in legs is caused by low potassium. Just as an FYI coconut Water has more potassium than a banana. Im doing this right now with my pre-op shakes. I used to get awful leg cramps middle of the night that would wake me up out of my sleep, sometimes in one/both legs at the same time. Bananas have about 400+mg and coconut water has around 600+mg of potassium.
