Hi, New to the group. Sleeved on 6/12/18. lost a total of 13.5. But stalled now since saturday Hope to break it by the end of the week!

Congrats on your success so far and don't let the scale get to you. A lot of doctors advise against weighing in at all the first month because the results can be so discouraging. So long as you're following your plan, you'll do great. Have faith!
