Nice to see you post VelvetKiss. I like all the drivers you mentioned with Tony being my main man. My DH knows I REALLY love him. When we went to Daytona a few yrs ago, I requested an aisle seat. Didn't want to do the squeeze thing. This thread saw more action earlier in the season, but it is picking up a little more now. Feel free to throw anything out. This is the LBT NASCAR family. We don't always agree, but we all love racing. What's the fan thing in CA? Would like to hear more details.

T.O.M. Boy, you had me on the edge of my seat. Sounds like you've seen and experienced a lot yourself. One thing I can say for sure, I don't have what it takes to go through all of that. I can't imagine those with the PTSD handle the additional stress. The season is upon us, right? My heart goes out to anyone suffering like that.

Well, there goes my after surgery theory. Maybe I craved ice from losing blood during surgery?? Right now I need a root canal and the thought of chewing ice is like torture. :censored: Congratulations on being banded almost a year!! Your anniversary is coming up soon. Don't see a stats page, but I hope you've done well. I'm a rookie at this banding stuff so it's good to hear from some long timers.

I love the Body Fortress found at Wal-Mart. I like to put a little banana in mine. I also like the grape Isopure Zero Carb. MsButterKup ~ I didn't know they made it in choclate....will have to check it out. BTW, I bought a Magic Bullet from Wal-Mart. It is EXCELLENT for my shakes. It's worth the investment IMO.

When were you banded? I had the same craving shortly after my surgery. I couldn't get enough ice. My DH crushed it for me several times in the snow cone maker.

No regrets here. I'm newly banded as Sherri only I was banded at the end of May. Jacqui gives excellent advice. Good luck to you on your journey. Ask lots of questions and you'll be fine. Knowledge is power.

Boy, isn't that the truth!! We still buy those little wipes in the toilet paper aisle b/c it's easier for them than tp at this point. Plus it gets them cleaner I think. Glad to hear all is going well. Sounds like most of us have graudated from the diapers. :clap2:
