I agree with what Mindy said. Oprah is so busy downgrading WLS she makes it sound like we don't deserve to have it. That we should be like her and do what she does. Oprah is so hooked onherself anymore that I no longer like her. If it isn't done her way it isn't the right way. Sorry she is a tangent my daughters and I get on. I heard on the local news last night or Sunday night, that F.B. has a bad virus going around on it right now. It will infect your addy book. I don't remember if I am on F.B. or not. What is the difference between it and My Space?

Donna you look great! How do you do multiple quotes and only 1 or 2 lines of the post? YEAY i have 1 Christmas gift left to buy and I am done! I try to do it all year around so I don't have to worry. But having employment problems has really stunk! I am sub teaching now but don't get first check until January. Speaking of teaching, any teachers out there having trouble getting their water in during school days? I am trying to drink 2 glasses before school, 1 during and trying to fit in the rest after. The problem I am having is to much at night and I have to use the restroom in the middle of the night and then can't go back to sleep. Any suggestions?

Hello Saved... I am still debating about going. I am sooooooo cold. Also I am sore from work today. I might take a pain pill and get knocked out! I just don't no yet. If you go have fun.

I was banded in May also. I have dyed my hair 3 times so far and no problems. If your not getting enough protien your hair will start to fall out. But that is anyone. It doesn't matter if you dye your hair or not. So have fun with color!

The stop sign optinal thing that so many people live by nearly killed my father back in 83. Actually what saved his life was he wasn't wearing his seat belt. It wasnt' law to wear it back then. When he got hit it thru him to the passenger side of the car. All traffic stops are not routine. The officers never know what will happen when they pull someone over. Not only do they have to worry about who is in the car, they have to worry about the other drivers comming upon them. I know a lot of police because I used to manage C-stores. I was privlaged to be able to talk with them and listen to what they talked about. Don't get me wrong, some stops are totally stupid. Some are bad cops. I just wished that our cops would stop more people running stop signs and red lights, especially when they see them run it. Sorry so long.....

Welcome Wiz... You have done really great! I understand freezing with the weight loss. I used to freeze everyone else out year round. Fans going 24/7. air on 70, heat 0n 66-68. I was forever telling my kids to put on more clothes or wrap up in a blanket. Now I am the one in blankets, fans no longer running 24/7, air on 75, heat on 68-70, plus a small heater at my desk. Never did I think I would be cold! LOL Keep up the good work!

:girl_hug:Susan big hugs to you. I would print what you posted and show your Dr. how you are feeling. Like one of the post suggested talk to the dietitian at your Dr.s office. Get a slight fill. I can't say anything about exercise cause I am sporadic at best. But I do make a conscience effort to park away from the store or any where else so I have to walk. I don't know about other women out there, but I look forward to going to a gyn. I haven't been in about 10 yrs. I am to fat. still have another 50lbs to go before I will go and get a check up. Scarecrow, I understand exactly what you are saying. I was "never as big " as I actually was. I would see me still at 250-260, not over 300. Now I see the actual me when I look. Pictures help me keep a dose of reality about what I do look like. I think it is more common than either you or I may think. Anyone else reading this with this thinking?

Amy should have voted Vicky off. It is like no one remembers her and her hubby voting off the father and son team after Vicky and hubby said they have their back. So what right does Vicky have to complain and carry on about Amy's vote last week? V is nothing but a back stabbing wentch. Her and her hubby like to cause trouble. That was evident in the first couple of shows. I hope that her and another blue fall below the yellow line next week. See how quickly she gets voted off then!

I want snow! I miss snow. We get a little dusting every now and then. Sometimes we get 1" or 2. We haven't had a good snow in about 11 yrs. I would like 1 good snow a year and I would be happy! Especially at Christmas. 1 of our weathermen said the other night that we might have a "cold wet weather event before Christmas". Which means we will probably end up with ice if it is true. But everyone have a wonderful and blessed day.
