In the past I have taken Mucinex, but with this last fill the other day, I don't think I will be able to anymore. I think it is an individual thing. You try and your body lets you know.(although painfully at times):mad2: Good luck.

Brown teams dad...He had gastric by pass. He said a few weeks ago that it was the easy way out. IMHO I think that is why he gained his weight back. He thought easy way, he didn't have to work to keep it off. So he made WLS look like a joke. :tt1: I am so sorry about your loss. Prayers are with you. I agree that Jillian had the right to be disgusted. I was happy that Mike lost weight (brown son) But I was really hoping that they had screwed themselves over. They came close. I couldn't believe it when the sister on Bob's team gained 2 lbs.:frown: Yes Bob should have sent the cousins back to Jillian. But then they would have cried that she was killing them. Because I have a feeling that as ticked off as she was, that she would have gave them a work out like they have never had.:thumbup:

There will be many first, some strange, some fantastic and others are just there. There will be times you will miss your soon to be ex something fierce. Other times you will hate him with a passion. I guess what I am trying to say is you will go thru a whole lot of different emotions. I kinda liken it to mourning. It is a death of your dreams, hope, future. You have been going thru this for a while now, ever since you found out he cheated. But with him out it will seem to be more intense at times. But you will have the great times more and more often. Right now you might feel like a weight has been lifted, that is good. Hug that feeling. I will keep praying for you Tina.:laugh:

I'm a cancer survivor and my hair grew back curly. The thing is I didn't lose all my hair. I lost a round patch on the back of my head. I was able to hide it by pulling my hair back. So i wonder if this might not be similar.

I lost my best friend about 18 yrs ago. Wow I didn't feel like it has been so long. It's never easy. Keep enjoying your family, cause they will help keep your mind off of it. A few yrs. ago my kids and I went out with a friend to our fav. Chinese restaurant . He was laughing and teasing about it being cat. About 2 months later they got busted for serving CAT! I called him and told him that and he said lets go get more.:tongue2: We still laugh about it. I was stuck just a little while ago. I didn't chew well enough. I knew it as soon as it started to slip down my throat. I was trying to stop it. I almost sounded like my cats when they get a fur ball Sorry TMI. Kinda kept going on the cat theme.

Welcome Whiterabbit. I personally would talk to a weight loss surgeon first. Have your family Dr. run test to make sure it isn't your thyroid. Make sure that you do a lot of research and do what is right for you. Good luck on whatever you decide.

Well it seems to me you might have started giving yourself the stern talking to. You know what your doing wrong. It may not be the easiest thing to correct but do it.Tell the inner fat girl she needs to leave because that isn't you anymore. Do the 5 day pouch test. That should help you get back on track. Like someone else said don't buy it (the wrong foods). Also keep a food journal of what your eating. That way you see what and how much your eating and drinking. Get back to exercise.
