Welcome back Sunshine. Sounds like you have your head on straight. That's a good thing. Image is something I will have to work on. I have never been thin. I don't remember ever being below 195. That was briefly at that weight. For a long time I was at 225. Then the last 6 yrs I have been up and up then down a little then up again to my highest weight 309. The closer I get to 225 the more nervous I get. I know it has to do with the way I perceive myself. So I might ask you for advise. Good luck on the rest of your journey.

Welcome back Hollie. It sounds like you have been through quite a few changes. Changes for the better. You know were here for you. Good luck with school and new job and boyfriend. Also you will drop them 10 lbs in no time.

Some times hot tea helps. It loosens the band a little if it is tight and a little swollen. Good luck.

Slim, I can't do heights anymore either. As a kid I would jump off the hay loft onto the hay below, now I get nervous on a step stool.:ohmy: Kat good luck on your new job.:tongue_smilie: Luluc...sorry about the ankle. My middle DD broke her ankle walking across the road. Stepped on a rock and twisted and snap! She was in a walking boot for 10 weeks. They thought that they would have to do surgery because it didn't want to heal. Finally it did heal. Just take it easy and stay off of it for a couple of days. If you have any crutches use them.

I am like you Diva, I cry over everything. Even some advertisements make me cry. My kids laugh at me until I catch them crying. Then it is the old saying of "I have something in my eye" routine. yea right!

My being bored was after I thought about what else I could be doing. The only thing that even sounded like fun last night was to bake and decorate a cake. But I don't keep the stuff around to do that on a spur anymore. I would eat it. So I don't do it now except for special occasions. Then I buy what I need. Happy Saturday everyone. Hopefully none of you are in the floods/ snowstorms/ or tornadoes, if you are I pray for your saftey. We were supposed to get bad storms overnight but didn't. Now they are saying this afternoon.

PJTP........I am bored!!WHAAAAA. Now if that was one of my kids saying that I would tell them to clean. Well guess who isn't cleaning.

When I was a kid my parents used to call me Ellie May (Beverly Hillbillies) cause there wasn't a strange animal to me. We lived on a farm, so every stray became one of ours. I actually have slides my parents took of me when I was 13 sleeping with a Lynx that I had befriended in British Columbia. But instead of becoming a vet I got pregnant and married. Then when I did finally go to college it was for crap that everybody else was telling me to go into. (plus no vet school near here) Kids are grown now, but bad credit still equals no school. Still not one near here but would travel. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining. If given a chance to do it over, I would have packed up the kids and moved closer to the college that offers it instead of wasting time and money going for 2 different things I didn't really like. I didn't graduate from either course. The last course I took I only needed 1 more class for it to graduate. Sorry for rambling on. I have taken 2 Benedryl and am starting to feel the effects of it.:crying:
