The only ones I like are the Fairlife Core Power shakes. They are delicious!

I had my surgery on 4/29 and have been having the same issue. I saw my surgeon this past week and he said it’s normal for your body to form scar tissue that narrows your passages, but that it should resolve itself soon. He told me to go back on full liquids and purées for a couple more weeks.

That’s what I’ve been doing, for the most part. Works for me!

I’d recommend a fan for white noise and your own pillow. Hospital pillows are awful.

Fresh salmon sashimi. It’s so soft and buttery and delicious. Perfect!
