I have had red and white wine and vodka, My only advice is to start small and do it in a safe place. You will feel the effects a lot sooner than you used to. Other than that, enjoy!

Be patient. Your body is going to lose at it's own rate. Slower is often better. Going too low calorie or exercising to much can trigger a stall. Just stay on track and you'll get there.

You thought you would lose 60 pounds in a month? They took out a part of your stomach, they didn't amputate a leg, deary!
I am a lot like you in that I thought because I started very heavy I would lose 40 pounds in a month, no problem. I am 7 weeks and I am stuck at 39.4. It is frustrating to be sure but you just gotta keep your head up and keep going! You got this!

I Do think of Stalls as your body's way of rebooting. Ok let's reorganize a little and Then And Only Then wil we allow her weight to plummet again. In the meantime exercise and keep your fluids up . If nothing else take a walk in the sunlight, fresh air and Vitamin D are good for you!🚶 🌝

Stalls are a part of the surgery unfortunately. Don't get discouraged, you will start losing again. I went through a lot of stalls. I found walking everyday made the weight start falling off again. Good Luck and don't let a stall get in your head!

You lost 40 pounds in less an a month? That's amazing! I've lost 52 pounds in 3 months and I'm really happy with that. Don't be hard on yourself.
