Hi Everyone, just a little slow with up dates.Snowing here today so bad want to bike and run outside.HMM maybe few more weeks i hope..Exercise does work and things happen, went for fill today down 53.75 pounds and have lost 49 inches all over body..That is as of Aug 05,2008.So lets all get out there and move it..Have great day

I LOVE MY "RELIZE BAND".Doc told me to deiced and let him know, i started out thinking i'd go the other way.On day of my new journey just before falling asleep doc and i talked once more, he said after much thought i was going with "Relize" great i said. I did look on the web and understood why he choice it for me.check out the relize website it's great.Was band on aug5th last year and down almost 60 pounds, best gift i've ever given myself. you will lov the new u.good luck keep us posted.

Happy TIMES**** Went and saw the doc yesterday,down another 3 ibs.Still not able run like i want to,knee is getting stronger.Don't want to blow it out agian.So i walk/run intervals,straight train,and use the medicine ball.Learn alot and loving the new me..Everyone lets get out there and move it..


  4. :rolleyes:It's been sometime since i 've posted.Life is so good, grandbaby 6 bounced into our life a week early,but is doing great.Lost 3 1/2 pounds in the last two weeks.Nothing sounds good to eat, and don't feel like cooking.BUSY EXERCISEING EVERYDAY AND THAT ALWAYS PICKS UP MY SPIRTS. Honey, got me 3 pair of slacks for Christmas, had to take them back was 16-18 ladies, down to 10-12 pettie.Wow who would have thought..Let's all just get out there and move it.. Have a great day.

I LOVE MY RELIZE BAND*** It's been the best give i gave myself.Was band on Aug 5th this year, and down 55lbs and tons of inches.Had to go and get new dress slacks for work today.Last year size 16-18 ladies, today size 10 pettie..Happy dance for me.So everyone get out there and move, exercise,walk, ride a bike. Make it happen, "Find the NEW U"..

HELP....I went to doc to check blood pressure up 2 1/2 pounds in 4 weeks.being oh so careful,but...Will go back Thursday see if i can get filled.Been 5 weeks and never has feeling that i can't eat up to 2 cups a meal.Guess the good is i've lost 5 inches around body.Is this a road block??Would lov some feed back on those who have been here, and hopefully there is better time. snow huggs from Idaho


  7. HEY EVERYONE, I'VE been other places on this site but found you all. Was band Aug 5th this year down 60 pounds and about 45 inches all over my body.Best thing i've done for myself.I run and walk 1 1/2 miles a day,core training 5 days a week also curves everyday.So much energy not sure where it came from.Start trainig for 5k after Christmas...Lost three pounds on turkey day, food just wasn't my thing this year.. Best of luck to all of you.


  8. I'm in.. Slow getting excrise report in, computor gave up the ghost.Back stronger than ever, any way every day walk 11/2 mile, core strengthing 45 minutes everyday. And 30 minutes"CURVES" EVERY OTHER DAY. I just want to go and go and go do more exerciseing.Love the new me down another 9 pounds for the month..


  9. HMM, FEEL LIKE A "WHALE",THINK IT'S A MIND GAME.But friday walked my 11/2 miles and curves. Saturday, walked 4 miles and Sunday 30 minutes cardio, 2 1/2 miles walked.Today 30 minutes curves 30 cardio and 11/2 mile walk.Still feel like i'm so fluffy hope it moves away soon.
