    :smile:Georgia, good luck on your run, you are the best..Iunderstand about exerciseing all time, can't get enough of it..Keep up the great work.Renewed, way to go you must feel so much better, glad all is good.Haven't started back with running,but walk 4 miles a day. Down 9 1/2 pounds in 3 weeks.Lost another 10 inches around the body,DH said going to have to do something with those little pancakes that are under my shirt.. HA-HA. Hope everyone gets out there and move,enjoy that new u.

    GREETING FROM AUGUST BANDER.. AND i love it, went and had my doctors vist.No fill but it's ok lost 9 1/2 pounds in 3 weeks. almost 50 pounds gone for ever and ever. Exercise is my best good friend, walking bikeing and moving.I'VE gone from size 18 dress slack to size 14.It's the best thing i've done for myself.I hope everyone is making dreams come true.

    HI NEWBIE,i'm also from Idaho... Should run around 10 or less.Except my hospital over charged me..insurance paid.So we are truing to fix it.Where are you from and where are you doing band??I really lov mine i had mine Aug 5th, and lost 40 ibs.Best of luck.. Let's keep in touch..

    Hi, thinks for our reply.YES YES, i was band on Aug 5th, and i lov it. I'm down over 40 ibs, 27 inches melted away. Have had to learn how to eat, but it's all good.Have become so into exerciseing and weight lifting.After 01-01-2009.Started to train for 5k's. so are you band and why so far from home?? Please fill free to drop me a note when you have time..
  10. Welcome to the board.. Think i would have doctor write a letter for the reason why it needs to be done. Make sure they give full detail on your health history. will take sometime, but it is so worth the letters, tears and all the good and not so good. good luck

    GOOD LUCK LYN..i look forward to be able to start running. went with my trainer and he said after christmas. so in the mean time i'm walking 6 miles every other day and straight training on off days. You all make me want to get out there and "move it".. everyone have a great week-end

    so glad to hear little man is doing better..i'm not running due to knee problems, so i'm weight lifting, walking and bikeing.Plan to stick with basic program and walk extra fast when i should be running. hopefully by first of the good to go..the pounds are coming off, wished i could tone up fast. honey keeps reminding me it won't happen over night. hmmm. everyone have a great night. prayers and hugs to u all

    WOW **** LOOK AT US MELT AWAY....Went thru closet today i'm able to WEAR things like jeans and tops i couldn't wear, and if i did looked like beached hippo. They are falling off and some look pretty good. I lov my band.. down another 2/3ibs so far this week.Lets all melt Oct off the books..Good- Luck all of you.And those that made your goals...YOU ROCK...

  18. I lov my band ..down another 3 ibs is gone and 6 inches melted away. started aug 5th at 210 today 173 goal by end of month 170. good luck all you wonderful people

    I FOUND IT******* Wasn't finding where to get information on running, but with a little help, i found it.After reading went out and walked 6 miles and enjoyed the fall afternoon.Thanks everyone for you help. Time to get on with the show.Goal to run 4-6 5k's next summer..

    I'm sooo proud of you, you are a outstanding lady. and look at you go go go. will you help me prepare to start running in summer of 2009.I know i must start today, do lots of walking 4 miles a day and strength train.ran in high school and loved on great it was.can you help me ?? thanks.. open for all ideas.

    WOW WOW...Everyone is doing so "great"..then i look back at what i've done in a week and everyone has done it in oneday. I MUST BE THE SNAIL of the group.Another 30 pounds and i can start running, so i bike, walk, and do curves.Would be great to hear from you all on , what you did to start and how you built the progam. hope everyone has "GREAT DAY""

    Has anyone taken up Bycyling?

    SORRY..slow with my posting but push forward with walking every day2 miles and doing curves everyother day.then ride my bike 2 1/2 miles on off day. the fall weather is so wonderful.in 2 weeks down 2 ibs and 5 inches.. keep up the good work everyone...
