Has anyone been on thier pre op diet while traveling? I didn't have room to take my binder of info and I drew a blank on what and how much to drink and eat. So I'm just doing one meal per day protein drinks the rest and water. I'm in day 4, my son's bday is tomorrow and my family reunion this weekend... Uggghh!! No bday cake for me. Uggghh not so good. I'm traveling, family reunion weekend and my son's 10th birthday all during my pre op liquid stage...I'll do great for 4 days then slip up.
