  1. I would just take a look at whether or not you are actually hungry, could be reflux, or is it head hunger?

  14. Look into the bypass, one of the best decision I ever made
  15. I had to wait 6 weeks for all internal healing to happen before doing any strength exercises. I walked a lot during that time

  17. OMG i wish I had thought to bring ear plugs! That beast I shared the room with was so inconsiderate...guests in and out, TV on all the time, and talked in he phone non stop. I wanted to smother her with a pillow
  18. I def did not have an endoscopy I did have bypass and my gallbladder removed at the same time. Recovery was easy, I have a high pain tolerance. After about day 3-4 I was back to feeling pretty normal, just tired
  19. Use the heavy scale app, it has great weight loss predictors based on current and overall weight loss

  22. I lost 16 the first month, sounds like you’re doing fine to me
  23. Honestly, I didn’t tell my kids. Still haven’t. I just felt like putting my issues on them wasn’t appropriate at the time. I do model a new healthy lifestyle and they are participants, however I felt like my obesity had a lot more emotional baggage then they needed to be aware of. Each situation is different and specific to the person and the child
  24. Depending on their ages, I wouldn’t. Children don’t need the added stress
