What do you mean by full diet?
-
Probably irritated your pouch. Hi bad to fluids/purées for a day or so
-
Fluids aren’t really going to give you that “full” feeling. Once you start food, you’ll feel it

No clue, he never told me and I didn’t ask.

Thought I wanted the sleeve, Doc recommends RNY
NYJenn replied to rglad1267's topic in Gastric Bypass Surgery Forums
Both are major surgeries! It blows my mind that people still think the sleeve is the “easier” surgery. if you have any problems with Gerd then Bypass is your best option, otherwise you’ll most likely need a revision anyway -

Miserable 5 days post op
NYJenn replied to KohakuSueda's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
You are in the worst part right now. You’re in pain, can’t eat, lonely, regretful. It gets better, so much better. Give it another week and you’ll feel 80% better then you do right now. Go for a walk, enjoy some sunshine! -
You just had your surgery, so chances are, you aren’t eating much, so there’s not much poo

How' s. That Blood Pressure Doing Now?
NYJenn replied to Frustr8's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Mine has been super low as well, following surgery. I do get dizzy when I stand up too quickly or get overheated. IDK if there’s much we can do though. I do drink 80oz of water per day. It might not be enough, but I have a REALLY hard time drinking water as it is -
Weirdest things you are looking forward to after surgery
NYJenn replied to Krestel's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I changed placements at work (I’m a special education teacher who is contracted out to work in hospitals, private schools, specialized programs, etc) so it’s been odd to meet all these new people that never knew me when I was big. They must just think this is what I look like. It’s strange to think that -
Vomiting for days - can't even keep down water
NYJenn replied to CanadianDreamer's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Same happened to me and the surgical team also wasn’t very helpful. I ended up toughing it out, but I probably should have gone to the ER/urgent care for fluids -
I bought a new one today (bulletproof maybe) and I returned to isopure
-
Can anyone help me? I tried adding isopure unflavored to my coffee this morning! Ahhhh! Gross! Did I get a bad batch?
