  2. Guys, it’s been a great process so far, I’m just trying to figure out what to eat. Low fat, low sugar and low carbs would be ideal. I’m in minced foods by the way.

  5. This really helped! I felt the same exact way after surgery, they told me the nausea was due to the anesthesia. This really helps and it’s comforting to know someone else has a similar experience because everyone seems to be telling me a bunch of stuff lol my surgery was April 30th, it’s been a week and I feel a lot better.

  7. Uh, I don’t drink coffee I said pre workout but okay thanks and I don’t have pain I normally ask question for my friend and I because we both the the operation.
  8. Post op, would I be able to have pre workout?
  9. How long does it take food to digest in the new stomach? I’d eat then feel it after an hours or so
  10. How do you get enough water in? I seem to get through a bottle a day. I use to drink at lease 4 bottles a day pre op.
  11. I sip room temperature water and I get a weird feeling when I drink, I don’t drink a lot too. I follow the guidelines.
  12. Hey guys I’m a week post op when the best time to get back in the gym? I miss it so much! And if I can’t go soon what workouts can I do home?

  14. Hi I just finished my operation and I’m in the hospital, I won’t stop “puking” and nothing is coming out. I feel gassy but I’m not releasing gas. Hey put me on morphine but nothing works help!
  15. Hey fam, I’m doing my operation tomorrow, is there anything that I should bring other than comfy clothes, slippers and my medication? I’m staying for only one night. Any advice as well?
  16. Hi fam, any snack suggestions y’all have that’s low in fat, carbs and sugar? Oh and if you suggest anything dairy is it lactose intolerant friendly?
  17. Is it okay to take prenatal vitamins (pre/post pregnancy vitamins) as a replacement for multi vitamins? I’m not planning on getting pregnant, neither have I ever been, I just find it more efficient compared to the regular multivitamins that aren’t enough what are your thoughts??
  18. Hi all, is anyone taking or has previously taken optifast prior to surgery? Do you lose weight while you’re on it? What can I eat while I’m on it?
