Update! Food suggestions

Guys, it’s been a great process so far, I’m just trying to figure out what to eat. Low fat, low sugar and low carbs would be ideal. I’m in minced foods by the way.

I am desperate for vegan protein sources (allergic to dairy and dont like meat). The best tasting one I have found is Soylent Meal Replacement drinks, in the coffee flavor ( the black and white bottle). If memory serves me correctly, 20mg protein per serving. I blend it with ice and two dates in my Vitamix. It is incredibly delicious. Seriously, if you need a vegan protein source this stuff is awesome. I do have to drink it slow due to sugar content (maltodextrin) but otherwise it's perfect. I put up with that sugar because I am that desperate to get some protein.

Oops just re read your post and see you want low sugar. Sorry. Maybe that post will assist someone else, so I will leave it.

Have you tried salad? I was surprised to find that is one food I can eat a decent amount of. I load it with seeds.

When you get to regular foods, try Gardein brand of soy and pea protein foods. It's meatless, meat. I've been enjoying that brand a lot myself.
