Prenatal question

Is it okay to take prenatal vitamins (pre/post pregnancy vitamins) as a replacement for multi vitamins? I’m not planning on getting pregnant, neither have I ever been, I just find it more efficient compared to the regular multivitamins that aren’t enough :( what are your thoughts??

My WLC has a list of 4 they approve. But that’s a question for your NUT. Every doctor and program is different. I know they will help your nails and hair grow. I’ve been on them for about 8 wks and my nails are stronger then they have been in a long time. Lol
