Praying for you! But I know you will be fine.

This sounds similar to the liver shrink diet that I will follow in a couple weeks. Two shakes (breakfast and Lunch) .. Dinner consist of the following: 3 oz lean meat steamed veggies or salad with fat free dressing 6 unsalted crackers or 2 slices low calorie bread or 1 small baked potato 1/2 cup fruit or 1 small piece of fruit Hope this helps!

On my local news there has been reports of shrinks and their strange practices. One lady was whipping her patients!! Crazy...

I received approval from BCBS last week. Surgeons’ office called today. I go see him next week to get a date!! I’m excited and nervous!
