Hi there, Im October 5th, liquid diet starts on Tuesday =( Wish I had food to eat during pre op but no chance of that. I think everyone has some doubts if they will fail or not, I know I do. Hubby is supportive in anything I do and hes watching me on this journey as he might get it done to if its successful...which it will be for ALL of us =) Keep thinking good thoughts we are here with you too =)

Im on the 5th! My liquid diet starts on 25th ...Pre op is when ever I go in the week before surgery...I hope they find nothing for either of us =) good luck and let me know how it goes.

Hi there, my date is 5th Oct and Im getting a tad anxious about it. I think my issue is I eat way to fast, Im trying to slow down and also not chugging water. I've given up sodas and really cant drink them any more, water is doing well. Bread is this going this week (I hope). I will be on here constantly once the liquid diet starts up, getting vitamins in starting this week too. Hope everyone has a good week =)

My date was given to me way back in May but I had to change it 3 times due to hubbys work (he works away) so I put my foot down and said this is the last time...October 5th just cant remember the time lol I will call em to pay so will ask then =)

I got mine when I got the date, to be honest Ive forgotten the time lol 5th October for me tho!

Well I've had to change the dates again, but waiting on Drs office to tell me if its a go or not. I have to have dates around hubby being off, this will be my 5th one this year. Im fat n tired of running around after everyone but myself and its quickly catching up with me now illness wise. Im so close to just saying screw it, Im that fed up with it all.

Thats the problem, bariatrics wont do anything if I utter the word infection other than cancel it =( As I have to have blood work done they are going to find it so, I haven't talked to my surgeon about it in case i have to cancel again...guess Im going to have to tomorrow =( I might have to be a winter buddy instead of an Indian Summer buddy lol

Well my life sucks kinda. I have a sinus infection that can only be fixed with surgery, does anyone know how long inbetween sinus and sleeve surgery I can do? I dont want to put my 3rd date off again =(

No worries, dont remind me when its my turn =) Oh yack shots? I don't mind them but couldn't give them to myself. Get someone else to do them for you and just look away

Thank you so much! I’m more anxious to get it over with than anything. More nervous about being naked on a table than them cutting into me 😂😂😂. I will definitely try to keep everyone posted as soon as I am able! And you definitely have support when your time comes. This is the best and most supportive group ever (I’m probably biased because of all of the awesome people here)! Oh wow wish you hadnt said the naked bit, now I have to think about that too...no I better not, ewww hahaha

I hope everything goes ok tomorrow, I'd be excited, anxious and driving everyone nuts lol I have a couple more months yet (thanks hubby) but I know everyone has our backs and we are rooting for you. Hopefully no gas pains and lots of water n walking. Take care and let us know how you did =)

Since I grew up in the Midwest I believe in Indian Summer. And now in Colorado it's just damn hot in September. So yeah...September is still Summer! I used to live in the Midwest and yes they had Indian Summers, I'm in Alabama now and we have year round summer =( its so hot here, don't get me started on the humidity....I just hope it melts my jello balls enough lol

Well dang he did it again, Ive had to change my date from August 31st to September 28th...Im not changing it again. Sorry Ylime hope your spreadsheet will let you change it again lol I think September is in the Summer?!?!?!?

Good Luck to everyone for today =) I've had to re-schedule mine from 27th July to 31st August and I am so not moving that date again. Can the lady who does the spreadsheet change my dates please. Sooo glad Im with you guys, its nice to have people around you that are going thru the same nerves, anxiety and excitement. Huge Hugs for everyone =) Im still in the Summer buddies yayy!!!

Good luck this weeks ladies, but your not going to need it, you will all do great =) Me on the other hand has to face a Dr that will prob change my requirements as I will have to change my July date to August or Sept today (hubbys and Immigrations fault) I've done all the required tests bar the blood work and they still add on Frontiera (heart and breathing test, when its all been done by Cardio and Pulmonary Drs). I hope to be part of this group if I cancel the Dr and go with another if this all happens. To tired to carry it all on.

That’s funny, will keep that idea with me. Keep myself occupied and my mouthy teenager in his place! Is September in the summer cos it looks like I’ll have to change the date to Aug/Sept.?

Well I’m annoyed ☹️. Something has come up that I have to go to in my 10 day liquid diet and drs office said I MUST do 10 days, so looks like I’m going to have to change dates. Also hubby is trying to get me to wait till September. I just want this over with. I’m stress eating over everything that is going on and now I want to eat the fridge. Ahhgg this sucks. I’m going to bed so I’m far away from the kitchen lol

Hellooo there, My first post eeeeks!! Im finally going for the sleeve 27th July. Its my 4th date as last summer the other 3 dates got pushed back and I failed my heart stress test due to my arthritic knee...I need the surgery so my knee doesn't hurt any more...boy has it been a vicious circle lol anyway I was so fed up with that I gave up but later on I decided that it hasn't beaten me and I want this more than ever. In December I had a cardio-lite test and failed that due to me reacting to the meds they gave me...not funny when 6 women run away from you cos your wanting to throw up lol soooo had to have a PET/CT scan which went like a dream and I passed that...it took months for the insurance to ok that one. My Dr said ok lets go, 27th it is, but you might need a breathing test...not happy but maybe I dont need it if the heart Dr said I was clear. Now hubby is due to be working away May/June/July so I said tough you have to come home for 2 weeks just in case and he booked them lol I feel so much better this time around, maybe Ive made peace with it all and know that I dont want to breath like crap (asthma) anymore and I want to be able to run around and go down water slides with my 14 year old...I've never been down one! I haven't told my family, I want to and I think they would support my decision but there's just a hint of doubt about that. I also want to surprise them when I go home next summer for my nieces wedding...would be a great goal to aim for. We shall see =) Any way its nice meeting you all, cant wait to see the before and after pics =)
