I'm already 16 days out and still feel pain from the incision where the doctor took it out.. I always carry a pillow around to help get up and turn in bed and I hold that spot whenever I sneezed or cough...

First two days were rough after surgery.. I would too big of drinks.. now I can easily get 90oz a day of fluids 16 days post op.. you can get your fluids in with a buillion cube drink to keep your electrolytes up, sugar free popsicles, sugar free drinks... Just always stay hydrated and you'll be fine [emoji846]

I'm 16 days post op and my nurse said we can start wearing them when out stiches have healed up.. I plan on doing that when I'm all healed on the outside lol

Does anyone take the Bariatric Fusion Multivitamins? They are huge! But taste disgusting when I put them in my shakes... Help!!!

I'm 2 days post op and I have been coughing and belching every morning. Sometimes throughout the day. I use my spirometer 10x an hour as requested by my doc and I tend to cough up spit. Not necessarily phylem.. what can I do to help with this?

One week til surgery.... I'm getting so nervous yet excited!!

Hello, I started my 2 week pre-op diet on Monday.. Weighed myself Sunday night, and was 283. By Tuesday I was down to 278. Yesterday I was 276 and today I'm back to 278.. how the heck did that happen? I'm on two bariatric shakes plus one healthy meal a day. Usually 3oz chicken or steak with brocolli or green beans. I drink a crazy amount of water and I'm using Metamucil like the doctor asked.. What am I doing wrong?

I'm having mine on the 28th.. survived my first day of the pre-op diet!!

My original date was in June and now it's July 28th!
