Hello everyone

Just joined the site, wanted to connect with others like me.  Just had my surgery on November 6th.  Going well so far!  

I have been doing so good for a week and last night and this morning I binged. Don't want to go to hard on myself, but I grounded myself where I won't get a treat on my birthday next month and I started my day over. The struggle is real 

Alright. No more adulting. Burned my nose, broke my espresso maker (officially), stubbed my toe, and cracked my phone screen all before 8am.

Going back to bed.
