Definitely going to make that call tomorrow. Just didn’t want to go over “it’s just your body going through changes”.

Did anyone else have vajayjay changes since surgery? I’ve always been a big Water drinker which now isn’t so much but also feel like I’m having the beginnings of yeast infection or something just super dry feeling. If this makes any sense at all.

I’m two days out and yes it’s painful! Walking seems to help and sipping Water.

I’ve looked into several apps that will help me remind myself to sip sip sip but what have y’all found that is the best? Seems like none want to log just 1 or 2 oz. and I’m only 2 days out.

Is there a fast forward button for tonight? Surgery is in the morning and I have to drink lots of Water due to vein issues. But all I want is to go to sleep, so I can get up and go in the morning. Well cross your fingers that 1. I can get the Fluid 2. The night will go by fast!

My dietitian opened up for me to have Soup as long as it was liquid so I have been able to deal. She said I was basically detoxing from carbs and to much Protein. Surgery in 2 days and I’m so ready but so nervous. Thank you everyone for the support!

Hey I’m New to the weight loss world. I’m on day 3 of the full liquid diet and I’m over the Protein Shakes. Any ideas to help? Have surgery next week. It’s really the afternoons that are my worst time. Hard to get enough liquid and shakes throughout the day, end up feeling gross. Any thoughts?
