I just don't go to the gym unless my bowels have behaved for at least 2 days straight so that I don't humiliate myself! I do walk, especially at work. But I need more strenuous exercise.
I am hoping to cross into One-derland next week. That would be awesome. Body-wise that's like going back 20+ years!
Amazing news! 3 or 4 months for One-Derland for me yet... Yes I'm struggling with exercise too, I did start swimming again which I love but I started working away, the Surgeon said swimming will help with skin elasticity and result in less saggy skin, but I cant find a good quality pool near where I work

well Next Sunday I should tip over the 100 lbs lost marker!! so very happy with that! Though my Hair loss like others has been shocking
I've noticed my portion size increase a little since Feb, had my first piece of white bread yesterday since the op, OMG how I've missed it, the carbs have been increasing more lately so I need to kick that in to touch! I've had a couple of stalls too. Is everyone else finding life a little easier now?

I had a sleeve on 14 Feb, till I went on to eating normal food I had no hunger or interest in food of any kind. I had to set a timer to literally force myself to eat, well drink milk and Protein Powder, I just couldn't stand the thought of Soup again or mush.
Now I get hungry and I'm back enjoying food again though in much smaller quantities. I used to find it difficult to plan, drink this, stop drinking now, eat now etc, it's not even a thought anymore. It'll come back and you'll probably wish you were back there not interested in food! some days I know I do

I probably only have 600-650 calories a day at most from looking at what i eat. Up until a week ago I never felt hungry. Sadly that's gone now

Sleeved 2/13/182oz to 2.5oz at a guess. for Breakfast yesterday I had one medium sized egg and 1oz of ham.
lunch was a 3oz of chilli
dinner was 2.5oz chicken breast in a small portion of marinara sauce.
2 lattes and recommended amount of Water, some days I'll have some OJ too.

For me if I eat carbs up to 40 percent of my intake I have poor weight loss, tried them for 2 weeks! I reduced carbs to 15 percent of my intake and my weightloss kicked back in to action again. 3 pounds in 4 days by reducing my intake. I've seen a lot of people on these forums say the only thing that passes their lips is Protein, the Vitamins take care of everything else they say..

Thanks, it helps that my surgeon has given me the smallest stomach ever! Or it feels like that! Not sure how others compare but I can eat an egg and 1oz of ham or chicken.

Had my surgery on 14 Feb, 59 pounds down so far. Trying to avoid carbs as they slow my weight loss terribly, 3lbs over two weeks with them (750 to 800 cals a day) 4lbs last week without..

A whole cup? I can only do about 3 tablespoons or a small yoghurt and I'm done? is anyone else in the same boat?

How long does this last?
I'm in the same boat had surgery on Feb 14. To say I feel no hunger is an understatement, I have to remind my self to eat I have no idea how some people are getting so many calories in.. im lucky to get 350 in.
