No bueno, you can snack but make sure it's a healthy snack and when eating only eat within the 20 minutes or once you start to feel full stop eating and make sure to wait your 30 minutes before drinking.   4. I keep to what my surgeon said and I try my best everyday to workout even if it's just cardio I also added walking my dogs separate from my workouts, and no cheating on snacks, foods or drinks. Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app
  5. Its been a journey since March 9th until now my weight loss has been slow and steady now I feel stronger, lighter, able to concentrate more on short goals. My workouts change every day so that helps me to stay focus. My current weight is 160 lbs from 245 lbs, now my size is a 10 from a 20. One thing that is my encouragement is that I bought a Fitbit to keep going and to motivate me every day you should see me talking it like it's a real person, lol.   7. Take small sips if you still get spasm, ask your surgeon for a swallow test, I have achalasia type lll, same symptoms my surgeon had to cut several muscles in my esophagus to relieve the spasms best of luck! Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app

  11. Before surgery I ordered girl scouts peanut butter cookies. I always support them and buy several boxes, now that I'm eating soft foods I got tempted I ate one cookie and feel guilty. One day at a time, I had a hard time also same date March 9th and as of today I'm feeling a little better, i take it one day at a time, everyone heals different and also have different problems along the way.   13. Hello all, I've noticed my taste bubs are very sensitive to sweet flavor. When I drink my shakes or protein flavor drink example lemonade I find it too sweet so I add more water.   15. I cant use narcotics because I get allergic reactions so have to use tylenol it don't help plus not a fan of narcotic anyway, but I have one incision that is driving me crazy. I use ice gel pack. Any ideas? Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app

  24. Wondering, I know I was a challenge for my surgeon he did a gastric bypass, Heller myotomy fundoplication. He said it was hard to get in because it was very little space to move around because of my spine fusion, things inside where not in it's place.
