I had one incision that was hurting since I woke up from surgery. The doctor said they stitched a nerve and out would work itself out which it did, thank goodness. I took long warm showers and let the water run over the stitch sight and the muscles in my stomach loosened up. This made the pain much more tolerable. I also used a heating pad which also worked. Hope you feel better soon!!
