Just keep doing what your doctor/healthcare team has told you to do. Stalls are very common around this time. I’ve stalled for a month before and was so worried but eventually the weight started flying off again. This may not be your last stall, but just remember that as long as your following your plan, everything works out in the end

I agree the battery life on the Apple Watch is not the best, but I love mine so much. I love the sharing feature with friends and I can see how active they’ve been and that motivates me too. I was purely Fitbit for a long time, but once I tried the Apple Watch I fell in love with it

Sleeved 2/6. Had my 2 week post op visit yesterday and cleared for soft diet and exercise (still no weight lifting for another 2 weeks).
