  8. I don't feel hungry, don't feel full when I eat. I feel like I can eat more than I should be eating although I am eating what my surgeon tells me to. How do I know when I am consuming too much food. I am afraid I am gonna stretch out my stomach. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G930A using BariatricPal mobile app

  17. My program says 7-14 days. I am 7 days out and have tried cottage cheese and a scrambled egg. Both went down fine. I am trying to stay with liquids as long as I can cause honestly I have had no hunger pain at all and I am meeting proteins and liquid requirements plus I want to take full advantage of my weight loss. I do have head hunger but I know it's just out of habit so I am trying to work on that as well. I know how easily I can call back into bad habits fast. Just follow your program and you'll do great?
  18. lol...glad it's not only me. I don't mind dreaming but hope the nightmares are over

I have read on here where some are given cream soups and cream of wheat I'm the hosp. I suppose all surgeons are different. It was my first bite of anything and I was careful to chew and my great so far. I will call my dr in the morn though to see what they say:)
  21. I am 5 days out of surgery and have had no food in a week and so wanted an egg. So I scrambled one up with some cheese and savored it! I took baby bites and so far so good. Tummy seems to except it! I was just wondering should I be able to hold a whole egg right now ? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G930A using BariatricPal mobile app

  24. Thanks so much. I will try the V8 and see if that might help. I have used half of a Listerine strip here and there and that has helped a lot.
  25. I have the worse breath and an awful taste in my mouth ever since surgery. I am getting my fluids in and of course brush my teeth. Is there anything I can do to cure this? It's awful! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G930A using BariatricPal mobile app
