  1. That's fantastic! I am still pre-op and waiting (my least favorite thing) but I meet with the surgeon next week and hopefully I'll get my date.
    Here's to hoping you continue doing great! Looking forward to witnessing you transformation. Annnd to hoping your "no pain" is contagious via forum post? Can that be a thing? Please? LOL

    Kay ma everything is possible you will get your date and everything I mean everything!!! is gonna go smooth for you maybe just gas hahaha 🤣🤣🤣 but no pain at all and you are gonna be successful are gonna hot me up and tell how amazing your are doing. Because god is in control and all this I pray in his name !! Amen yesss you got this you beautiful so this is gonna be extra bonus u feel me ma !

    I am thinking I might put this out for anyone interested--maybe on a weekly basis--at least till I get bored with it. [emoji4]
    This is 1/2c of food by volume + cheese cracker. You can add it up by weight.
    Egg White Scramble with Baby Spinach, Mushrooms, 2% Kraft cheese, and Taco Bell Mild Sauce + 2% Kraft Cheese Cracker
    Serves 1 (ME! You might eat less. Meh. Knock yourself out!)
    1oz baby spinach
    1oz mushroom, fresh
    1/4 tsp granulated garlic (Tones)
    fresh ground black pepper (optional)
    1/4c Water
    60g Real Egg Whites (HEB)
    1/3 of 1/2 slice of 2% Kraft Deli Deluxe Cheese (for the omelet)
    1tsp Taco Bell Mild Sauce
    Cheese Cracker
    2/3 of 1/2 slice of 2% Kraft Deli Deluxe Cheese (for the cracker)
    Nutrition for entire breakfast: 74 cals; 10g protein; 2g fat; 3g carbs; 1g fiber; 1g naturally occurring sugar (from veggies)

    Good morning guys. Have the day off its only 9:30am got my first Protein out the way. Woohoo lol. Today is my last day on full liquids amen thank you Jesus 🤣🤣🤣🤣 tomorrow is purée need to go shopping. Weight lose update I’m at 182 as of yesterday My journey started at 207. Day of surgery 197 and I’m 14 days out so I think I’m doing good. I was super constipated like wow hard balls of **** had to help my self. Need some Fiber in my system. How’s everybody’s doing ?


  5. Don't worry - I felt the same way after surgery. It's a blessing to not feel sick and to be able to get in your fluids and protein! [emoji4] You'll feel your restriction when you start on more solid foods.

    Yeah it is a blessing and a curse lol well let’s hope next week is diff
