My hubby bought me a thermomix and there are some amazing recipes on there. I love tuna mornay and I also swap the tuna for chicken. Cauliflower Soup is yummy there’s also a Facebook page called Baritastic recipes they have great ideas on there . Can I ask how much you have lost I’m 3 weeks post op 👌🏼

Me to but most of my pain is on my left side I was also sleeved on the 1st of February and the pain is just going now 👍🏼

I was the same but at day 4 i woke up and felt a lot better honestly on day three i had a melt down thinking that I’d made the wrong decision I couldn’t take the opti fast shakes i hated the taste so i thought ill drink the Water i need and deal with the food side when i get home. You will feel a lot better when you go home and can make your own food and drink. Chin up you’ll get there
