The same thing happened to me. I was able to hold in my Vitamin A month and a half after the surgery, but still I can’t hold in the Celebrate Multivitamin. Just look up for different brands. The liquid vitamins helped me a lot, and I also bought some Vitamins Patches that are sold here at the BariatricPal Store. Good luck!

Since surgery. I do bowel movement once a week or maximum two times in a week, so any time the bowel movement happens..
