@LBwPCOS keep us posted- Trust (potentially) Broken
Oh I like what @sideeye said. Do that.- Trust (potentially) Broken
As others have said, you had the surgery for you and not for anyone else. If this person is going to tell others about your surgery quite frankly there isn't much you can do to stop her. My thought would be to distance yourself from this person as much as you can. You don't need the negativity on top of what already is a challenging journey. Just my $0.02- 250 pounds lost!
Congratulations!- Psychological roller coaster
What you are feeling is definitely normal. That's good that you talked to the nurse and she shared all that info. I'm 4 mos post sleeve surgery and still struggle psychologically, but it has improved quite a bit since the first few weeks. Because you aren't able to get appts with your psychiatrist very often, and he doesn't seem to specialize in this type of journey I recommend you find someone who does. Maybe the nurse you talked to can suggest someone. Continue reaching out on this forum. I've found it helps a lot. Hang in there.- Rant about a friend
Interesting to hear that your husband has noticed the unbalance in the friendship for quite some time. His perspective is a good one to pay attention to because he's been able to see the pattern IRL.- Rant about a friend

Thanks. My nutritionist said that all of my food intolerances are very common. Plus side patients also have issues with dairy. Thankfully I'm good with dairy.- Summer 2018 Surgery Buddies: POST-OP Discussion
Hello. Sleeved Aug 15. Down 48 post surgery, 63 since pre surgery diet. Went from size 22 down to 16. Still nauseous and throwing up sometimes. Not tolerating most meats, eggs, or tuna. Still struggle to meet protein, liquid, and exercise goals. Happy about the weight loss so far but nervous that the honeymoon period is going to end before I am fully in a routine of hitting those daily goals and then of course it'll be extra hard to get to a completely healthy weight. I haven't given up though.- Non Scale Victories
Wow, you look great! Love that last outfit. Congratulations!- My reward earrings are GONE!
Aww sorry the earrings are no longer available. I'm sad for you. Hope you can find another pair that you love as much, or more, soon!- Any August Sleevers out there?
I still seem to be grieving over this aspect. I miss enjoying a nice dinner out. I'm working through the mental and emotional aspect of it all. It's a struggle. ?- Any August Sleevers out there?
Congratulations on the 61lb loss thus far! I'm almost out of the 200s also and am so excited for that milestone!- Any August Sleevers out there?
Congratulations! 73 lbs since August, wow! Good for you!- Where to shop for regular size work clothes?
P.s. I'm going to try selling all my larger size clothes to a consignment shop for money before taking to Goodwill. I've got some really nice work clothes in particular that I think people will want. Never did consignment before so I'll see how it goes.- Where to shop for regular size work clothes?
Thanks! I tried Marshalls today and didn't really fine anything but I did have luck at Kohl's. So many clothes to choose from now! It's overwhelming. But in a good way I suppose [emoji4] - Trust (potentially) Broken
