RELATABLE

I know this feeling but in reverse. I never got my ring resized up instead it just went in a drawer in the dresser. The day i put it back on for the first time in many years was more emotional than i care to admit.

I was wondering this exact thing today. I'm planning on being sleeved in late March in Mexico and I'm nervous about followup care.

Samara, it's great that your doctor took over care. What are some things that the two of you have struggled with?

Hi. I was on liquid diet before surgery for two weeks. I felt unsure of how it would go too. Do you have hobbies or activities you enjoy? Be ready to engage yourself in those to keep your mind occupied and your body busy. Puzzles helped me a lot. Be ready to complain to an understanding family member or friend. I was worried about my liver not being small enough and that motivated me to get through each day. When I asked my surgeon if my liver was small, she said that it was very, very small. I had an odd sense of accomplishment. lol

HI there! I'm scheduled for March 14th, praying I get approved. Here's the prep work I've done, beginning a few weeks ago:
Dropped wine and coffee Limiting carbs to fruit and vegetables Started taking bariatric Vitamins and Calcium (I chose a liquid product) Stocked up on clear and whey Protein drinks, variety Vigilantly hydrating myself Practicing not drinking Water 30/30 around meals, and chewing I haven't been perfect on any front, but I'm working it. Tomorrow get a CPAP machine, so I'll add that to my routine.

I did on the way home from the hospital and everyday since and I as well do not get the munchies and it helps with being nauseated.... I’m 6 weeks out
