Everyone's program is so different. I'm still on full liquids until 14 days post-op, when I can start purees. My surgery went great and I'm recovering really well - I just wish I could progress a little faster on the diet phases.
I drink about 96 oz. of Water a day in addition to my liquid foods of sf Jello, bone broth, Premier Protein shakes, and strained cream of Soups, which is mostly hot salty milk.
I'm happy to connect with fellow January sleevers!
So proud of you. I'm 10days post op I thought I was doing well with my Water. You blew me out the water. I would love to connect. I'm on full liquids as well.

Current weight 218 last I checked. I check weekly, don' want to obsess over it. My next weigh in is a few days. I can eat pretty much everything, no issues, no nausea, I do well with all my Protein :-) and Water. Wish the weight was coming off a bit quicker. I had the flu and bronchitis but that caused a couple stalls.
I'm so happy every one is doing well. Share your tips if you have any. I'll be back to working out as soon as my bronchitis is healed.
Proud of you all!! Feel free to message me - it's always good knowing we have support!
